Astronomy At Home with UW!

I’ll be joining the Astronomy On Tap Seattle organizers and members of the UW Dirac institute for an adventure exploring the life of a professional astronomer! We’ll take a behind-the-scenes tour of some of the most powerful telescopes in the world, share the science and stories of the people who run them, and talk about the crucial role of human curiosity in scientific discovery.

We’ll start at 8PM Pacific Time and you can join via YouTube or Zoom for some stories of astronomy and a Q&A with the audience. After that I’ll be joining the Astronomy On Tap hosts for an Instagram Live discussion at 9PM! You can also find all of the important event info on Facebook!
